Khepupara Sub-Station, Patuakhali

The fish landing and wholesale center of BFDC at Khepupara has been handed over to BFRI to develop as a Sub-Station and carry out research mainly on hilsa fishery. The old infrastructure has now been renovated by BFRI. In addition to this, technical advise to the fish farmers are being provided and improved fish seeds are distributed to the local farmers time to time.
